Tools & Tips for Getting More from Your Citation Manager In-Person
This workshop builds upon the basics of using a citation manager and explores tools and citation manager functionality to better support your research and writing. Targeted towards student, staff and faculty who already have references stored within a citation manager tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, RefWorks or EndNote. During this workshop we will,
- Explore some frequently overlooked citation manager features, such as creating and sharing citation styles.
- Import a list of references from Word documents or PDFs into your library with minimal pain.
- Optimize Word and Google Doc add-ons to generate in-text citations and reference lists, with a focus on numbered and footnote citation styles.
Please bring your laptop to the session.
