Leafy Lending: Borrow a Plant In-Person
Check out a houseplant for the semester! House plants have been shown to increase air quality, mood, creativity, and reduce stress. They also can be great decoration for your dorm room. Whatever the reason, the library can help you start your adventures with indoor plants!
- Thursday 9/12/24 & Friday 9/13/24
- 3:30pm until all plants have been claimed
- Main Library Lobby
A limited number of plants will be available each day.
- Don't worry about killing your plant, we offer almost kill-proof options & lots of advice.
- There will be a mid-semester plant clinic hosted by the greenhouse to troubleshoot all your plant issues.
- You will return the plant at the end of the semester, however...
- Join us for an end of semester celebration and take a cutting of your plant home.
