Finding and Evaluating Open Educational Resources Online

Open Educational Resources, or OER, are free teaching, learning and research materials that can be reused, remixed or revised; this includes textbooks, question banks and much more. Once a nascent movement born in the early 2000’s, the quality and disciplinary coverage of OER have significantly improved over the years. Please join us to learn about locating and evaluating OER, as well as interpreting the Creative Commons licenses typically associated with these resources.
